We are SpottingMe, a public company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Malmö, Sweden.

We collaborate with clients we would like to work for and with assignments we would like to have, believing that the right fit comes from your unique personality and competence. We describe this as business-development recruitment of qualified key competencies, i.e., leadership positions and specialist competencies. We do not limit ourselves to any specific industry, as we have a large network of Spotters who refer candidates to us. Our aim is to find candidates with the best potential to be successful and to make a difference for our clients, and vice versa. When the assignment offered by our clients aligns with your next step, and when the difference that makes the difference is you.

Interim: we refresh the concept by calling it a Gigg. A Gigg means you perform a contribution on the assignment you master best until the last tone fades. The arrangement may be extended or concluded, and you move on to new gigs. A roadshow, in effect. If you want to become one of our Giggers, you know you want the freedom to choose your assignments and you perform best when you have the chance to stand on stage.
