We are Staffing Theory, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Raleigh, United States.

We are a niche recruiting partner for the biopharma industry. We conduct pre-clinical, clinical, commercial, and G&A placements globally, with experience in the United States, the European Union, Latin America, and Asia.

We deliver services by conducting targeted placements across pre-clinical, clinical, commercial, and G&A functions on a global scale, guided by our understanding of staffing theory to align workforce needs with the right balance of headcount and behavior. We seek synomorphy, the proper fit between employees and employers, to support the appropriate balance of headcount and behavior.
