We are staq, a privately held company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.

We work predominantly with scaling tech companies, particularly in post-investment rounds where a ramp-up is critical. We spend time building relationships with companies whether they are hiring or not as they progress from startup to IPO and beyond. Some companies are not ready to explode yet, but when that time comes, we are there to assist; in the meantime, we help in whatever way we can to add value in other areas. We aim to be an extended arm of businesses and a trusted advisor, with recruitment being only a small part of that.

Our approach centers on building relationships with companies throughout their journey. We work with partners whether they are actively hiring or not, supporting them through growth and ramp-up phases and providing value in areas beyond recruitment.

Our specialties include hiring, recruitment, sales, software engineering, marketing, fintech, healthtech, and fittech. These areas guide our engagement with scaling tech companies.

We operate in Ireland and Germany, with a presence in Dublin, Ireland, and Berlin, Germany.
