We are Start Working GmbH, an educational organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Vienna, Austria.

We pursue a social mission to employ job seekers who are unemployed for various reasons on a fixed-term basis, to qualify them, to provide socially-pedagogical support, and to actively assist in their job search. We place these individuals in transitional employment positions with us. We offer young adults in the project 'Back to the Future' a protected framework that supports their step-by-step entry into the regular labor market. Our shared goal is transit—the successful placement into a job on the first labor market. All customers who use our services and goods help us fulfill our social mission and thereby contribute to society.
