We are Startkraft, a public company operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 1999 and are headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.

Our purpose is to provide transition support for workers who have been laid off due to downsizing, helping them along the path to a new job. We aim to ensure that our customers, employer and union representatives, as well as our participants, feel confident in receiving professional transition support.

We deliver our services through a nationwide approach. We operate across Sweden with a network that includes about 40 fixed offices and several mobile offices as needed, from Kiruna in the north to Ystad in the south. We also offer Startkraft Rekrytering to help employers quickly, easily, and at no cost find the right personnel. We work with transition, which means maintaining a pool of individuals with fresh professional skills who are often available for new employment. Our goal is to help our participants quickly find a path to new employment.

Our specialties include transition, helping people find new jobs, job coaching, TSL, outplacement, labor market services, coaching, and advising.

We operate across Sweden with a nationwide footprint and a network of offices to support customers and participants alike.

We are a wholly owned subsidiary of TRR Trygghetsrådet.
