We are Stiftelsen Kronprinsparets Fond, a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2001 and are headquartered in Oslo, Norway.

We work to help young people be part of the community in Norwegian society. We contribute with expertise, capital and networks in youth projects. The projects help young people into school, work and social arenas. We stand behind Flyt, a life-skills program for tenth graders. We organize an annual Future Forum, where young people debate a topic they care about and develop a shared message to present to a broad audience.
