We are Styrelisten, a nonprofit initiative operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Oslo, Norway.

We are a nonprofit initiative working to increase board room diversity by recommending talented female board candidates. We know that a steadily increasing number of companies are seeking relevant diversified competence for their boards. We also know that a great number of qualified women are seeking board positions. Our mission is simply to match them!

We are primarily a database, comprising more than 600 qualified women with experience and competencies from a variety of industries and positions. The candidates are matched with companies who are looking to fill a board position. In addition to the database and the matching of boards and board candidates, we have a mentorship program where senior board members mentor candidates from our database. In an effort to build our community, we also organize events.
