We are Sumun Capacitatis, SC, a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2004 and we are headquartered in Santiago de Queretaro, Mexico.

We have formed a team of professionals in the areas of administration, architecture, organizational development, productivity, training, communication, human resources, systems engineering, and accounting, among others, whose objective is to contribute to the development, growth, and achievement of the objectives of the companies that consult us.

We offer development and organizational programs and training in the human factor (leadership, teamwork, communication, awareness and motivation, quality, among others), based on job competencies; we provide support and organization in human resources and implement special programs to improve internal and external communication within your organization. We also conduct studies and analyses of pre-climate and work environment and support the legal framework for training and safety and hygiene (joint commissions). In the area of consulting, we assist with the preparation of manuals for the organization in areas such as human resources, accounting, finance, tax, and productivity to foster and develop the potential of your business and improve its finances and its commercial relations.

Our specialties include training in the human factor based on job competencies; attraction of talent (recruitment and selection); evaluation of the workplace personality through competencies; and socioeconomic and sociolaboral studies.
