We are Supervizija. Lietuvos profesinių santykių konsultantų asociacija (LPSKA), an educational organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2003 and are headquartered in Kaunas, Lithuania.

We form the identity of the supervision profession and represent the profession. We establish the activity and quality standards, and we ensure their implementation. We determine the standards for training and collaborate with educational institutions that prepare supervisors. We publicize supervision services and contribute to the expansion of these services. We care about the professional competencies of our members. We organize seminars, conferences, control supervision, and other events. We prepare and publish informational methodological publications. We initiate and support scientific supervision research. We collaborate with state, non-governmental, and private organizations to achieve the association's goals. We represent the Lithuanian supervision community in European and other international supervisor associations.

We deliver our work by organizing seminars, conferences, supervisory events, and other activities. We cooperate with educational institutions to train supervisors and publish informational materials to support practice. We develop professional competencies through ongoing knowledge exchange and research, and we collaborate with state bodies and other organizations to advance the profession.

We operate in Lithuania. We participate in European and other international supervisor associations.
