Swiss Recruitment Community is a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We are headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland.

We are a small, invite-only network for owner-managers of boutique or growth-stage recruitment companies in Switzerland who want to benefit from spending time with other talented and passionate entrepreneurs.

Being an owner-manager can be a lonely place. Therefore, our goal is to create a trustful environment of like-minded people to share insights, ideas, challenges, and growth strategies amongst Swiss owner-managers of boutique or growth-stage recruitment companies in Switzerland.

We provide opportunities to learn and brainstorm with peers about how to grow our business, build our brand, attract and retain talent, build bonus structures, and plan for exit.
