TACTMETRICS. We are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Lahore, Pakistan.

We specialize in data-driven talent acquisition and development solutions, and our comprehensive suite of psychometric assessments identifies high-potential candidates and cultivates high-performing teams.

Beyond resumes, we employ cognitive, behavioral, and aptitude assessments to delve into candidates' cognitive abilities, behavioral tendencies, and job-specific skills, providing deeper insights than traditional resumes.
