TailorMinds is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry, and we were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Zoetermeer, Netherlands.

We are a recruitment organization active in technically complex sectors. We focus on self-confident candidates active within engineering and primarily in the Food, Life Science, Pharmaceuticals and Oil & Gas sectors, and Dutch does not have to be the main language for us. We are recognized by the Immigration and Naturalization Service (IND) as a reference in recruiting and advising highly skilled migrants to the Netherlands.

We help people find the job that energizes them again. From our experience we know that the most interesting positions can be filled, directly or indirectly, with manufacturers, including a complex validation project, a rebuild, an extension or the construction of a second factory.
