We are TAIYO JOB, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
Our purpose is to support students studying in Japan who are seeking employment, offering complete, free support across every step of the job-search process. We provide regular career seminars and practical know-how, as well as individual consultations, resume and application-document review, and mock interviews to accompany the entire process.
We deliver our services through organized programs and direct engagement. We enable selective matching and introductions to high-quality companies through events such as job fairs, employment events, and international-student special screening sessions. For registered participants, we offer an exclusive Special Introduction Screening path; we thoroughly support the screening process from application to interview to assist in securing a solid job offer.
We operate in Japan. Our activities are focused on serving students seeking employment in Japan.
