We are Talent Acquisition Professionals, a privately held recruitment company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Karachi, Pakistan.

We will work for you for free until we find you the perfect candidate, either for direct hire, contract, or contract-to-hire needs. We do require commitment of an approved budget, interviewing availability and feedback, etc. to ensure success. We believe in our work and stand behind our recruiting. For a direct hire, within the first few months, if the resource doesn’t work out we will replace free of charge. We believe in long-term partnerships and forget about those “fine print” conversations of the past. Our customers' happiness is our priority and this is evidenced by our high customer retention. Our focus is on delivery and relationships and the relentless pursuit of talent.

We deliver our services by focusing on results and relationships, and we operate with an arrangement where we work for free until we find the right candidate for direct hire, contract, or contract-to-hire needs, provided there is an approved budget and necessary interviewing availability and feedback to ensure success.
