Talent Days is a platform within the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Warsaw, Poland.

We are more than a career event; we provide a full career platform for students, graduates, and young professionals, available year-round.

We deliver our services through a combination of events and digital platforms in Poland. We provide access to major career events in Poland, access to thousands of young talents matched to your needs, promotion of your brand as an employer online and offline, and an ecosystem of support—from Talent Match, through Talent Class, to e-CV and social media communication. We also maintain a job board visited by young people year-round.
