We are Talent Design d’eXpérience, a self-employed entity operating in the Human Resources industry, headquartered in Lyon, France.

We are dedicated to helping companies attract and retain their talent through new HR practices by delivering a transformative employee experience. Our approach concentrates on the experiential journey of talent through bespoke concepts that respond to real business challenges. Our ambition is to take action and bring you onto paths you might not have taken. In 2023, we support HR transformations such as strengthening corporate culture, making the careers site attractive, building an effective and attractive recruitment process, organizing an escape game for recruitment, thinking onboarding as a retention lever, developing the employer brand, energizing progression paths, improving the performance of the Quality of Life and Working Conditions metrics, introducing a four-day work week, deploying an employee advocacy policy, engaging in skills sponsorship, and enhancing the strategic value of offboarding.

We deliver this approach through a process that centers on the talent journey and uses bespoke concepts to address real business issues.
