We are not a corporation, but rather a boutique HR firm, and each project is unique and treated with great commitment. We are the exclusive distributor of Harrison Assessments tools in Poland. We support companies in recruitment, training, AC/DC, coaching, development programs, and assessment of the predispositions of candidates and employees. Talent Exact operates based on a unique methodology created by Harrison Assessments, which for more than twenty years has supported people-management processes in many countries around the world.

Harrison Assessments tools were created on the basis of long-term and multi-site research into the detailed analysis of personality traits that are key for effective selection, evaluation, development, and career planning. They include complementary tools that provide information about strengths and predispositions necessary for success, identify areas that may become obstacles to further career development, and describe the values they hold, indicating the environment and type of work that will be most satisfying.

Based on a 20-minute online questionnaire, the tool measures 175 traits that influence success and job satisfaction.
