New needs require new methods, and we recognized this in 2013 when we chose to challenge and develop the old way of recruiting. We saw that advertising and piles of CVs were not sustainable solutions for either companies or talents. Our ambition is to create a more dynamic business environment where talents and companies lift each other.

Our methodology is based on getting to know people and organizations in depth, through personal meetings and conversations.
