Talent IN, we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Warsaw, Poland.

We spotlight our candidates, taking into account their career aspirations and personal preferences to present our clients with not only experienced specialists but also great people who fit their culture and share their values. We also consider our clients' needs from their perspective. Historically, we met these needs by recruiting members of our teams for the companies we managed. We specialize in finance, sales, marketing and back-office positions at all levels of seniority. We design and implement activities aimed at acquiring the best candidates ready to perform roles in our clients' companies.

We draw on the strength and experience of people who have worked in and managed organizations for 20 years, including experience in management, sales and financial positions, to guide our approach. We are based in Warsaw, Poland, and we have a second location in Węgrzce, Poland.
