Talent - Strategies and Implementation is a privately held human resources company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2008 and are headquartered in Tel-Aviv, Israel.

We are a boutique consulting company specializing in Talent Management strategies for major companies in Israel and internationally. We use Talent Management to create a variety of assessment and development processes tailored to the unique aspects of each company. Our goal is to assess the pool of employees to locate potential stars, and we then develop and mold the chosen team into future leaders.

We implement our Talent Management approach by first identifying the future needs of your company, which includes evaluating the critical roles and positions in your organization, identifying roles that need to be filled, identifying and evaluating talented employees who can be developed into more pivotal roles, evaluating the organization’s requirements and the abilities of the managers, and preparing the infrastructure and developing the talented employees to fill those needs.
