We employ a 360° headhunting approach in which a single point of contact manages the relationship with the hiring company and the candidate, covering sourcing, screening, interviews, and closing.

We offer services in recruiting, headhunting, hiring, offshore sourcing, business development, and Vietnam business.

Geographically, we operate in Japan and Vietnam. We established a local subsidiary in Da Nang, Vietnam, in April 2023, at Software Park, and began overseas operations there.
