Talent2 is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2003 and are headquartered in Sydney, Australia.

We decommissioned the Talent2 brand to realign our recruitment services under three global brands, specialising in distinct skill categories: Aerotek, TEKsystems and Aston Carter. As part of Allegis Group, we have rebranded to provide a greater level of specialisation to our recruitment services for contract and permanent roles.

We conduct in-depth research with our clients and candidates to inform how we deliver recruitment services, and we structure our offering to align with the needs identified through that research across our brands.

Our specialization is Recruitment. We operate through Aerotek, TEKsystems and Aston Carter to support contract and permanent recruitment.

We operate in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, China and Malaysia.

We are part of Allegis Group, and we continue to provide recruitment services through a network of specialised companies.
