We are Talento Juntos, a self-owned organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Madrid, Spain.

We work with theatre and Gestalt as applied to the context of the company, society, and philanthropy, where the theatrical metaphor serves as an important tool for practical training in self-knowledge and expression. We are a bilingual, multidisciplinary group of consultants and theatrical pedagogues with broad multisectoral experience, and we strive to extract the talent of humanistic leadership that each person carries within.

We propose exploring theatrical and Gestalt techniques in training, as they form the basis of an expressive and effective approach. We guide an inward journey to discover the sources of talent and a personal leadership that can be described as magical and personal. We help people learn to speak in public, to have presence, to develop self-esteem, to overcome fears and conflicts, to understand psycho-physical aspects, and to learn to listen and relate to others. The practical training is directed by a psychopedagogue and a theatrical pedagogue to provide greater self-confidence, self-motivation, and responsibility to the participants.

We deliver our services through structured programs that use theatre and Gestalt techniques as the basis for communication and leadership development. Our offerings include training for adults and children who are not actors, and philanthropic actions in hospitals, prisons, and schools, among others.
