Our AI-algorithm (Liza) evaluates individual traits, finds the best fit in real time, and continues to support the individual on the next stage of career and personal development. We describe our approach as efficient, human-centered, and holistic. Efficient: it eliminates most stages of traditional screening. Human-centered: results support guidance and psychological considerations at all stages of career growth. Holistic: it integrates crucial HR practices from attraction to retention. The process begins with a 20-minute test at home; the system builds an anonymous profile from the results; the profile informs the hiring decision; the candidate accepts a job offer.
