We are Tampereen Sarka Oy, a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Tampere, Finland.

As a social enterprise, we take genuine responsibility. Our purpose is not to pursue the largest possible profit, but to build a more inclusive, equitable, and diverse working life through our services. For us, pursuing profit means continuing to employ people in the long term.

We serve our clients with our own maintenance team services and through staffing. We also handle the Tampere city bicycle customer service and operations. We offer work to people in challenging employment situations, and we support their onward employment, for example through our career coaching. We actively develop network cooperation by building partnerships with educational institutions, the third sector, and companies.

We operate in Finland.

In our operations, we promote green values by implementing sustainable development principles in practice. Meaningful work brings good to both our customers and our employees.
