We are Tang, a self-employed human resources practitioner operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Charlottenlund, Denmark.

With 16 years of experience as an occupational psychologist, we cover a broad range of HR development services spanning from strategic to operational work, including leadership development, coaching, organizational and change management, design and facilitation of processes, training, and psychometric testing.

We design and execute strategic processes for organizations, establishing vision, mission, and values, and optimizing core workflows. We guide cohorts of coordinators, aspiring leaders, new leaders, and experienced leaders through leadership development programs. We provide goal- and action-oriented coaching and sparring on topics such as conflict, leadership roles, and time management. We facilitate groups of 10 to 60 people to support collaboration, communication, change, conflict, and the psychological work environment.
