We are Tangent International, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1974 and are headquartered in Billericay, United Kingdom.
We are focused on ensuring talent flows around the globe and on building a smart, connected planet. We operate in two disciplines, each with our own Smart Connected experts: Communications and Technology. Communications encompasses Next Generation Networks, Wireless Infrastructure, Data communications & Optical. Technology encompasses Cyber Security, Big Data & Analytics, Cloud (XaaS), DevOps, CRM, ERP and Management. We understand the technology, the programmes and the cultural shifts that tech and communications teams are experiencing, so you’ll get sound advice, straight talking and honest feedback. We have two aims for our clients: to supply the best talent the planet has to offer, ensuring that each candidate is the absolute best fit, and to ensure that each placed candidate remains happy, effective, and engaged in their new role. To support these, we offer two service lines: Talent Flow and Talent Bond. Talent Flow enables the world’s best talent to be found, selected and fully prepared for their new role in any country.
