Taurus Consultants — we are a privately held consulting agency operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2001 and we are headquartered in Sofia, Bulgaria.

We work in the fields of headhunting, training and personnel development, assessment centers, HR solutions, HorseDream and Equilibrium. We apply a proactive approach in finding professionals through headhunting. Our training and personnel development focuses on sales, marketing and management, and our programs are delivered by professionals with practical experience, offering tailor-made solutions for the business sector.

We use assessment and development centers as a method for evaluating specific skills, professional competences and personal characteristics, with application mainly for middle and top management. Our HR solutions include organizational structure development, motivation systems and performance evaluation and appraisal systems, as well as mentoring programs. HorseDream is an international corporate horse-assisted training program designed for managers and teams to communicate, lead, inspire, observe, ask and give feedback as leaders. Equilibrium is a program for well-being at work.

We provide preparation and implementation of projects with European and other donor financing.
