The majority of general managers in the mining industry struggle with people who work in silos, distrust the intentions of others, and push for changes at their own pace, competing with one another rather than reaching the KPIs. It is not because the people are incorrect or unwilling to collaborate, but because bridges that support collaboration have not been built. We sought to create a company that brings people closer, helps them work with a collective focus, and fosters a sense of unity.
