TeamCo Paris is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Paris, France.

We are professionals in IT and digital recruitment matchmaking, and since our inception we have dedicated our expertise to connecting the most capable talents with leading companies in France and internationally.

We structure our work around sector-specific expertise and an active network of partners. We use digital tools to detect and attract top talent, and our recruitment process is efficient and advisory in nature. We work with more than 50 IT and digital partners, including SaaS providers, consulting firms, and manufacturers. We operate across France and extend to Luxembourg, Switzerland, and Belgium.

Our approach to recruitment is human-centered; we take time to understand the skills and aspirations of our talents before guiding them to opportunities.

We are committed to having a positive impact on our ecosystem by actively supporting social and environmental initiatives. We donate 1% of our revenue to the Surfrider Foundation since our inception.
