While advising you, we encourage you to choose the candidate who convinces you the most, noting that typically all offered are suitable for the role in your organization.
We offer a guarantee of at least one year of permanence, during which we deploy an onboarding program with support for both the candidate and the organization, including a tailored coaching and training package.
