We are Techno Mart Co Full Professional Solution, a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2009 and are headquartered in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.

We specialize in the recruitment and outstaffing of IT personnel for various business areas. We work with fintech, retail, IT holdings and integrators. All of our IT staff are fluent in English.

We have no project disruptions, and our managers monitor the required number of staff. We maintain an additional group of specialists who form our bench, and we replenish it with graduates of our own academy who meet customer requirements. For offline staff, we have an office that meets modern standards and fosters a friendly atmosphere. We register employees in accordance with the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and labor protection standards at our own expense. Contracts are serviced by personal managers, whose duties include solving problems, calculating risks and monitoring labor discipline.

Our main activity is the selection of IT personnel for outstaffing. We participate in projects and perform customer tasks for major corporations such as Google, Microsoft, and Facebook.

We stretch our field of activity across Central Asia.
