Tecoloco Ejecutivo is a privately held company operating in the executive search services industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in San Salvador, El Salvador.

Tecoloco Ejecutivo began as a bet to go beyond the job portal that has served the region for more than 25 years, adapting to a changing market. Beyond the brand Tecoloco.com, we are driven by the team we have formed—the Talent Hunters most determined in the region, expert and unafraid of any challenge, who adapt, inspect, and involve themselves. People working with people; we know the market because we built it with you.

We accompany transitions, represent brands with excellence, and we do not finish a search until everything fits down to the last detail.
