Our process includes intake calls with clients to review the job description, company culture and requirements of the job order, outreach to executives from our proprietary network, identification of potential candidates and a detailed vetting process inclusive of acquiring additional documents and video interviews, proposing candidates to clients and scheduling interviews, and assisting clients through every step of the interview and offer process.
