#TheFutureOfWork© is Africa’s first and #1 jobs and product placement tv show that explores opportunities for job creation by creating an accelerator-based, edutainment (education-entertainment) model platform leveraging on partnerships and innovations across Africa. To this end, we provide training and skills development as well as employment matching opportunities and intermediation services program which facilitates education and work experience for the youth of Africa via the edutainment program. #TheFutureOfWork© aims to shed light on four interrelated objectives relative to economic empowerment of and for the youth: (1) Skills Development & Opportunity Matching: We skill, reskill and/or upskill the unemployed, underemployed and/or workers to assist provide them pathways to the work opportunities of the future. - We also better (re-)connect workers and employers. (3) Technology Access We connect more people with internet and technology access, regardless of age, location, education, or ability. - Ensuring platform acceleration and intervention through AI-enabled digital job board. (4) Financial Inclusion We ensure financial security and stability for more people. - We enable more people to access the benefits of financial services. #TheFutureOfWork© identifies and invites motivated youth, aged 22 - 32 years old, who are unemployed, underemployed, classified as vulnerable and/or persons living with disabilities that are missing out and/or are found unqualified to explore decent work opportunities.
