We are The Hong Kong Society for the Deaf - Employment and Training Centre, a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 1968 and are headquartered in Kowloon City District, Hong Kong.

We aim to provide comprehensive and professional services of the highest standard to ensure equal opportunities for the hearing-impaired, and to promote self-development, self-actualization, independence and integration of hearing-impaired individuals. As the Employment and Training Centre under the Society, we are committed to facilitating the inclusion of hearing-impaired persons in all aspects of business through providing a series of trainings and job matching services.
