The Job Game

The Job Game is a publicly held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2024 and are headquartered in Montecatini Terme, Italy.

We were conceived to transform the classic recruitment process into a dynamic and engaging experience, with a particular focus on Gen Z, who by 2025 will constitute 27% of the workforce. We aim to attract the true potential of candidates through an interactive pathway, far from traditional, long and tedious tests.

We provide an immersive experience: each candidate begins their journey from the dock, meeting characters who accompany them to the Lighthouse. Along the way, they discover their own “psychological traps” — habits and thoughts that can hinder personal and professional growth. We follow a scientific approach: validated by psychometrics experts, our test is reliable and based on solid psychological principles. Each response is analyzed to offer an authentic analysis, making the final report accurate and personalized. The report uses generative AI to deliver a complete and intuitive profile, useful for companies seeking a fast and precise method to evaluate talents.
