The MLC Group is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

We provide retained and contingent recruiting services in addition to recruitment consulting. We support hiring for mid-career level positions across major functions and up to senior management and country head.
