We are The Next Moove, a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

We elevate strategic partnerships by providing control, insight, and oversight over the entire hiring process for both clients and specialists. Drawing on years of experience in IT staffing, we have joined forces to organize our work so that each area concentrates and specializes in a niche of the digital IT world, enabling us to offer an end-to-end solution. The Next Moove stands for an organization in motion, and we continuously develop ourselves and our organization, while encouraging our partners to do the same and to challenge how we can improve our collaboration. All of this centers on the three pillars of the organization: advice, strategy, and delivery.
