We recruit employees for our clients and provide workforce for our clients. By recruitment we mean recruitment for a client. The recruited professionals work for the client and have the employment contract with the client. With temporary workforce we mean employees that are hired by the Recruitment Factory and they work for clients on a temporary basis in Romania. We also offer the possibility to hire Romanian professionals and to put them to work in our business centers in Romania under our supervision and your direct management. The advantage is that you do not need to create a company in Romania.
