We believed that these challenges were fixable with a passionate & focussed approach and that this would be of massive benefit to employers of sales staff and top class sales people alike. The SALES BARN has an in-house training program (we also do customised training for clients) that all our candidates need to go through before we will represent them. Candidates are also put through a rigourous sales selection interview to assess knowledge, skills and character. Our approach is to take the responsibility for ensuring that potential candidates we refer to clients are recruits we would hire in our own business.
