We are The Sales Gang, a privately held company operating in the human resources industry, and we are headquartered in Lisboa, Portugal.

We are a non-tech-focused recruitment network with an experienced group of remote talent partners spread across Europe. We meet and vet top professionals in sales, marketing, talent, CS, and other business areas to help startups and scaleups expand their teams. We act as an intermediary between candidates and tech companies looking to grow their teams, primarily in B2B SaaS.

We do not operate in a fast-paced environment, and we are not looking for ninjas, rockstars or wizards. We avoid jargon, unrealistic job descriptions, and overpromises. We are normal people seeking to connect with other real people.

Our specialties include sales, recruitment, and HR. We provide services to connect candidates with tech companies seeking to expand their teams.
