The Talent Emporium is a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry, and we were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

We focus on human capital, and we identify and develop the talents required for each position, enhancing their skills and outcomes. Our background and academic training enable us to offer solutions tailored to the culture of each organization.

We deliver our services through talent search and selection aligned to culture and values, talent mapping, training and consulting, and assessments covering behavioral, motivational, stress, and emotional intelligence. We design and execute programs for Young Professionals, run assessment centers integrating case analyses and outdoor activities, and provide individual and group coaching for career development.
