We are THRILL Inc, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

We believe technology will significantly change society. In Japan, many companies still rely on legacy technology, and productivity is low among the seven advanced economies. We recognize an IT talent shortage, and we will address these management challenges through recruitment as professionals in this field.
