We are TILMA-hanke, a public company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Kajaani, Finland.

We focus on promoting the employment of people who are under temporary protection and other foreign-born individuals in Kajaani. Our secondary target groups are companies, associations, and public employers that need workers. We aim to advance the Kajaani labour market through close collaboration with TE Services, the municipal labour market pilot, Kajaani City’s international services, and the reception center.

We assist foreign-born jobseekers in the job search process, in starting work, and in arranging vocational language training. Jobseekers are helped to find open positions and to engage in discussions with employers. Our primary objective is employment, and where needed we support individuals with planning for further studies. In addition, we offer short-term targeted training, such as certificate courses, to facilitate employment.

We deliver our activities through close collaboration with TE Services, the municipal labour market pilot, and entrepreneur associations, with the aim of ensuring impact and smooth operation.

We operate in Kajaani, in the Kainuu region of Finland, and our activities are based at Ketunpolku 4, Kajaani, Kainuu 87100, Finland. The project is funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) with a national share, LähiTapiola, and Kajaani University of Applied Sciences Ltd., and we track indicators including 250 people moving to a positive path to employment, 50 moving to study paths, and 75 participating employers.
