We are Tønsberg inkluderer, a government agency operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We are headquartered in Tønsnes, Norway.

Our aim is to, together with businesses in the municipality, build an inclusive culture for job seekers who are outside the labor market, with ordinary employment as the outcome. Our intention is to make Tønsberg known for having Norway's most inclusive labor market. We want to build pride among employers who open their workplaces.
