Today.Jobs is a self-employed recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Coimbra, Portugal.

We were created to address an ongoing need: to recruit the best candidates for our company. As specialists in digital marketing, we consistently attract many candidates, which can make the selection process slow and complex. To streamline this, we needed to filter candidates earlier to publish our vacancies online. To address this, we developed a solution: exposing candidates to a small, time-limited test. This approach allowed us to publicize our employer brand without increasing the complexity or time invested in selection. After dozens of hires using this method, we decided to share it with the world. We joined an innovative recruitment software with our digital marketing know-how, drawing on experience with clients such as Licor Beirão, Allianz, Bushmills, and Carglass. From this combination, we emerged.

Our services are delivered by applying a time-limited candidate test and by using recruitment software to manage the process. We publish vacancies online and apply this method to support efficient screening.
