Tomingroep BV

Tomingroep BV is a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1928 and are headquartered in Hilversum, the Netherlands.

We help people who are distant from the labor market toward a workplace that is enjoyable, safe, fitting, and meaningful. We develop the talents of these individuals through work-learning trajectories within and outside Tomingroep, and we work with them to identify a suitable workplace and employer that can offer a paid job. In this way, people gain financial independence, self-worth, and happiness, which benefits not only them but society as a whole. We act on the belief that work can contribute positively to lives and communities.

We deliver our services by designing and guiding work-learning trajectories and by collaborating with participants to explore opportunities. We search for paid employment with employers who can provide a suitable role, and we support individuals in developing the skills and experience needed to succeed in that role.

Our specialties include integrated management of public spaces (green and gray maintenance); facilities services (cleaning and maintenance); catering; electrical assembly; assembly; green space maintenance; packaging services; Participation Act; retail activities (thrift stores); secondment; and SROI (Social Return on Investment).

We operate in the Netherlands, with locations in Hilversum and Almere.
