We are Toptwo Consultant, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Guangzhou, China.

We provide HR consulting services; we offer core headhunting services; we provide strategic headhunting services; we perform targeted headhunting; we conduct background checks; and we provide recruitment process outsourcing.

We design HR strategies and implementation plans for clients in line with their development strategies and business needs, and we formulate concrete plans and implementation steps. For core headhunting, we agree on project plans (early, mid, and late) based on client requirements, initiate professional search channels, obtain talent information through professional channels, apply professional evaluation techniques, and present recommendations to clients with ongoing follow-up until placement. For strategic headhunting, for clients with frequent and long-term needs for senior talent, we sign long-term cooperation contracts to form an HR strategic partnership, and assemble a professional team to pre-build a dedicated talent pool for future needs; this approach requires three or more positions.
