TPC Impact People

We are TPC Impact People, a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Lisbon, Portugal.

We undertake projects with impact for both companies and people. In partnership with companies, we build solutions that aim to increase efficiency in people management and to consolidate a culture aligned with the organization's strategy and rooted in the business's critical competencies. In partnership with people, we identify solutions that help overcome current challenges or prepare for future ones, promoting self-awareness and developing practical behavioral competencies that influence performance and interactions with others.

To achieve this, we combine different methodologies: HR management models, change management, assessment, coaching, facilitation workshops and training, designing solutions tailored to identified needs and involving specialists and external references to draw on diverse perspectives, knowledge and experiences.
